Refund policy
Please note that we’re unable to accept returns on upholstery (fabric or leather), mattresses, or special‑order items. Floor samples, closeouts, and clearance pieces are sold “as is” and cannot be returned. Delivery charges are also non‑refundable.
For all other casegood stock items, you may return them within 15 days of delivery or pickup, as long as they’re still in new condition.
We always encourage customers to review our return policy before making a purchase so you know exactly what to expect.
